The theme for this year’s RYLA is "Unleash Your True Potential" . The Course Director, Rtn. Nalaka Hewamadduma - a renowned trainer on People Development - will be conducting this exciting leadership program. It is open to male and female Rotaractors and prospective Rotaractors aged 18-30 years. Uptown female Rotarians would act as chaperons for female participants. This 3 day / 2 night residential program would be on from the mid afternoon on Friday 14th August to mid afternoon on Sunday 16th August at Induruwa Beach Resort, Induruwa, Bentota and is limited to 75 participants. Each Rotary Club is eligible to nominate two candidates - preferably Rotaractors - The registration fee per Rotaractor is Rs.5,000/- and a non-Rotaractor Rs.5,500/- inclusive of transport from Lanka Hands, Bambalapitiya to the venue and back.
